WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES FECRA HOLD?
For subscribers to the FeCRA Mailing List only a first / last name and email address is held. FeCRA uses Mailman and this database is password protected. FeCRA also hold a password protected and secure database of names, telephone numbers and addresses of Officers of Residents Associations and contacts for Community Groups, by consent. FeCRA will regularly review the information held.
You have the right to access the personal information FeCRA holds about you and ask FeCRA to correct any inaccurate personal information.
An unsubscribe link is posted on every Newsletter email. You can also ask FeCRA to delete your personal information at any time by emailing secretary@fecra.org.uk
WHY DOES FeCRA WANT THIS INFORMATION?
FeCRA represents Cambridge Residents Associations and Community Groups and maintains a mailing list and contact details solely for disseminating information about matters of interest to these groups.
WHO IS THIS INFORMATION FOR?
Contact details held are for enabling efficient and effective communication with FeCRA. FeCRA respects all personal details and will not disclose them to a third party without express permission.
